Casa della Speranza is the perfect base for our tours - a welcoming retreat where you can unwind after a rewarding day in the saddle.

Nestled atop a hill overlooking the Umbrian countryside, our luxury 5-bedroom villa offers breathtaking 360-degree views. Recently restored to a high standard it thoughtfully preserves the original stones of a 250-year-old farmhouse while showcasing bright, open interiors.

Guest accommodation comprises five double bedrooms, including two with en-suite bathrooms and a large shared bathroom. Highlights include the sunset viewing platform, infinity pool, games room and gym.

Just minutes from acclaimed local dining, shops and the historic town of Deruta, famous for its handmade ceramics, this villa perfectly blends traditional charm with modern comfort.
