Roadaway offers corporate retreats built to help teams connect, focus and recharge. Based at our luxury villa, your group will have the space and support to step away from day-to-day pressures and spend time together in a new setting.

Each retreat is tailored to the abilities and preferences of your team, whether that means structured meetings in the villa’s office, challenging rides through the hills or gentler cycles to nearby vineyards and towns. Evenings are spent over meals prepared by the private chef, with time to unwind at the villa’s pool, gym or games room.
